The short version
Your business records — cylinders, customers, suppliers, transactions — belong to you. We store them to run the service for you, we don't sell them. Inventory exports are available in Excel and PDF; customer ledgers are available in Excel.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, username and role, used to sign you in and manage your team.
- Business records you enter: cylinder details, customer and supplier contact information, warehouses, transactions, invoice numbers, due dates and notes.
- Activity records: which user performed which action in the app, kept so that your own activity log works.
How we use it
- To operate the application and show your data back to you.
- To keep your team's actions attributable inside your own organization.
- To respond when you contact us for support.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your business records for anything other than running the service.
Where it lives
Your data is stored in a managed database operated by our hosting providers. The marketing website you are reading now and the application are hosted separately; this website does not access your business records.
Website contact requests
When enabled, the contact form collects your name, email, optional business name, message and agreement to email contact. These details are sent through Resend to our team inbox so we can respond. This is an email-only request, not an account signup, purchase or mailing-list subscription. The website does not save requests in a lead database. Email content may remain in Resend records and our mailbox under their retention settings; it is not automatically deleted after submission.
If the form is unavailable, use the email address on the contact page. The form checks availability before allowing entry; that check does not send contact details or an email.
The server temporarily holds request counts, keyed email hashes and timestamps in memory to limit abuse. The contact handler does not log message content or email addresses. Hosting providers may separately keep request metadata. Please do not send sensitive business records, passwords or payment details. To ask about a request or its deletion, email support@cylindertrackerpro.com.
Your customers' data
Customer and supplier contact details you enter are part of your organization's business records. You are responsible for entering only information you are permitted to keep.
Your choices
- Export inventory to Excel or PDF and customer ledgers to Excel.
- Ask us to delete your account and its data by writing to support@cylindertrackerpro.com.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll note the new date at the top of this page.
