The short version
Your business records — cylinders, customers, suppliers, transactions — belong to you. We store them to run the service for you, we don't sell them, and you can export them to Excel or PDF at any time.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, username and role, used to sign you in and manage your team.
- Business records you enter: cylinder details, customer and supplier contact information, warehouses, transactions, invoice numbers, due dates and notes.
- Activity records: which user performed which action in the app, kept so that your own activity log works.
How we use it
- To operate the application and show your data back to you.
- To keep your team's actions attributable inside your own organization.
- To respond when you contact us for support.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your business records for anything other than running the service.
Where it lives
Your data is stored in a managed database operated by our hosting providers. The marketing website you are reading now and the application are hosted separately; this website does not access your business records.
Your customers' data
Customer and supplier contact details you enter are visible only to your organization's users. You are responsible for entering only information you are permitted to keep.
Your choices
- Export your records to Excel or PDF whenever you want.
- Ask us to delete your account and its data by writing to support@cylindertrackerpro.com.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll note the new date at the top of this page.
