The service

Cylinder Tracker Pro is a web application for managing cylinder inventory, customers, suppliers, warehouses, staff and related records. This website is the marketing front door; the application runs at its own address and these terms cover both.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• Admins control who joins their organization; actions taken by your team's users are your organization's responsibility.
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Your data

The records you enter remain yours. We provide export to Excel and PDF so you can take your data with you at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

The honest disclaimers

• The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation.
• Cylinder Tracker Pro is a record-keeping tool. Decisions about deposits, refunds, pricing and customer relationships remain yours.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

Fair use

Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and don't use it to store data you have no right to hold. We may suspend accounts that put other customers' data or the service at risk.
